oh these are simply adorable! were they hard to make? If I took the time, I'm sure the pattern would be easy to copy from another oven mitten. I love the fabrics

I love the polka dot pair!  (they're mighty popular, aren't they?)  I really need some cute oven mitts like that.  did you use a pattern or just wing them?

I also love these.  The polka dot ones are also my favorite and I am also wondering what you used to make them semi-heat proof.  Thanks for showing us.

Just thought I'd intervene.

To make oven mitts you can buy a product called "Insulate" it's white batting with aluminum coating on one side you can find it near the interfacing.

Note: Make sure the silverside faces your skin.
