5 veggies a day pizza

This pizza could get in your daily allowance of veggies, I kid you not! Heres a picture from the last time I made it:




This batch I used a tomato sauce and cheese but sometimes I make it vegan buy basting the crust with olive oil, minced garlic, and ittalian seasoning (the cheap kind from the dollar store ) and for I dont add cheese at all, or maybe some ranch dressing.

Veggies Ive tried and love:
carrots
green/yellow/red peppers
mushrooms
jalepenos
onions
mushrooms
radishes
sliced tomatoes
eggplant
brocolli
snap peas
zuchini and yellow squash SLICED THINLY

Do you make your own crust?  It looks SOOO good!

This was the refrigerated pillsbury crust though I would love to make my own crust if I could find a good recipie. It is sooooo good. We hardly ever eat pizza any other way unless its from the mellow mushroom.

I forgot to say that tofu, sprouts, and OLIVES are fantastic on there too. This is an excelent way to clean out leftover veggies in your fridge that are what I like to call "fully ripe"

Ohhh you make my tummy grumble. I LOOOOVE veggie pizza, can't get enough of it. Save some for me!
