All I have to say is..... this is way cool.  Today, I received my first package in this swap - from ReneeCarol - and she went way above and beyond.  One of the things I had wanted was a katamari puzzle ball... and not only did ReneeCarol make me one, she used this awesome Mickey Mouse fabric, because she saw that I liked mickey - so here's the ball:

And if that wasn't enough (which it would have been), ReneeCarol also made me some address labels, since I seem to go through so many of them these days... and sent me some more of the Mickey fabric for my own crafting.  I wish the picture was more clear, but the labels have scissors (since I like to run with them), Mickey (since we know I like Mickey) and Irises, which she clearly figured out is my favorite flower!  Does it get any more thoughtful than this?

Thank you so much, ReneeCarol!  You made this a wonderful day!

Yesterday I received some wonderful handmade Christmas ornaments from Samsara.

3 of these (and they smell nice)                            3 snowflakes

and a bunch of these icicles

My pictures hardly do them justice - they are even more beautiful in 'real life'.

About as dangerous as having two sons!  Mine are older now so I am safe but, one year, my youngest did knock ours over the morning after we had lovingly decorated it!

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

Hee hee hee! Risk it Dulcinea! I have 3 cats, a very large German Shepherd and a clumsy BF in a small house! No major catastophies yet!

I'm thrilled that you liked everything, Dulcinea!  Katmari Balls are so much fun to make.

On the tree note:  I have a couple of cats and they like to crawl inside the tree, climb to the middle and try to take it down from the inside!  It's pretty funny to see a little cat head pop out from the middle of the tree!
