Does anyone have any suggestions of how to place wedding gift cards in a wedding scrapbook album?  The cards all have their envelopes, so those can be involved somehow.

I always try to keep the envelopes when I receive cards.  I just stick the envelopes in my scrapbooks so that you can pull the cards out to look at them.  I guess that wouldn't work if you wanted the cards, or the images on them, to be the focus of your page....

You could always sit them behind the photos of the people who sent them to you. Just attach ribbon to the back of the card or envelope. When you pull on the ribbon the card comes out from behind the photo. That way they are still a part of your scrapbook but don't take up a lot of room.
