I loved your show, boygirlparty! It was beautiful, and your painted birds and flourishes on the walls were just divine. Congratulations!

I bought 2 paintings from bird call.  I wish I could afford to buy more because they're all wonderful!  I'll probably go to free to a good home too, but not on opening night.  (I was too shy to say hello to you on the opening night of birdcall anyway  Tongue)

I read your manifestos and strange religious tracts.  You took me to your library and kissed me in the stacks.

ghostacademy - that is so sweet of you. which two did you get? thank you so much for coming to the show, and for saying hi over here. i actually wasn't at the opening of free to a good home, though, as our dog was hit by a car the day before and i spent the day at the hospital with him... it was a very sad, difficult day.

thank you, xpaperdollx! the show is coming down this week, it might already be down. i'll have more shows in the future, i hope!

oh susie, i'm so sorry to hear about your dog.  that's super sad.   Cry

at bird call i bought (i'm not sure of the names)  a little bear playing the recorder and one of an octopus (he looks like a baby octopus) with his tentacles off to the left side.  i also have a bird one called "xander" from another giant robot show.  i dream of eventually having 9 so i can hang them 3 X 3 together like a miniature susie show.

about your dog...  i know it's not much, but when you're a creative person at least you have that to help, you know?  i say for artistic people creativity is the silver lining of your clouds.  i hope you're feeling better.

thank you so much!
aw, you are so nice.
and, that's so great you have the xander painting! xander is one of my birds. he's a real charmer, very near and dear to me. you can see some photos of him here:

i'm sure the blue i used barely did him justice - he's just glowing with color in real life Smiley
