Hi, these are my first two knitted items. I finally figured out how to knit last week.
 They were really fun to do, especially the cupcake hat. I got the pattern here

Here is a good website on the scarf, mine is a short one cause I ran out of yarn, lol.

You can also pull up the back since it is wide and have a 'hood'.

Evidently there is a way to knit in the round and come out with this scarf (no seaming!) I want to try that one day, I think I would like  medium size one that goes over your shoulders too.

I just did the scarf in knit stich and a twisted drop stitch it was really easy. I wish it showed up better on the yarn though.

Awww thanks.

I have crocheted for several years and I have tried to learn to knit every year since and this year it finally clicked.   Cheesy Now I am working on the Kittyville hat from SnB, so fun!
