These are some soda glazed pots.  The red and dark colours are glazes i put on the pot but the shiny greyish areas were raw clay which during the firing prosses soda vapor was added to the kiln and fused with the clay in  order to create a glaze... I think the whole process is really exciting. Smiley but i'm a huge ceramics geek

yes the teapot has the red glaze on the inside wich is food safe.. I'm not really sure about soda glazed surface, but to the best of my knowldge it would be.  The only thing is you have to hold onto the lid when you pour from it

I love the color.  Your pieces make me want studio space so badly!  Maybe next year...
