My husband wanted a kilt, spats, and peasant-ish shirt for Halloween, so I made his.  Then I decided, "Hey we should sort of match."  So I made a costume fit for an Irish Lassie.  I made everything INCLUDING the corset... in fact, when I was trying to find feather weight boning, I couldn't, so I took apart one of my curtains to get the plastic, flexible rods out for support.

Nice, poofy, two layer skirt (very warm... and heavy), peasant shirt, and corset.  Sweeeet.  I'm keeping this forever!

Just throwing in my husband's costume that I also made.  But not to be voted on... screw his costume, I did all the work and mine took WAY longer to finish!
