I've decided that everyone I know needs new mittens for Christmas, especially now that I've discovered Patons new SWS yarn!  I love it, it is so soft and the colours are eye-candy.
The only problem with the yarn is that it felts extremely easily, so all gifts will include instructions for hand washing.
Here's my current work in progress, if you haven't tried this yarn yet, I highly recommend it!

I'm kind of sweet on that yarn too. Your mittens look great.
Thanks for the info that it felts easily!

The colors are amazing, aren't they?  I love the way your mittens are looking!  How many pair do you plan to make?

That's beautiful!  I'm planning on making my husband mittens out of that yarn but I'm going to make them felted on purpose so I don't have to worry about handwashing.

Thanks for the compliments everyone!

I'm not sure yet exactly how many I will end up making, in a perfect work, probably 6.

Those are very pretty! Michael's has SWS on sale... hmm. I've made a hat with it, it's soooo nice. Did you use a pattern? I like their shape a lot better than many of the "heavier weight" mittens I've seen.
