I love making these hearts..I think this is getting closer to what I want...if I make enough I am bound to get one right.

I'm not sure what you are trying to achieve, but I think your heart is terrific looking. I particularly like the embroidered vine with three (!) colors of floss.

Not sure what you are looking for either - this is just lovely. It reminds me of some beautiful embroidery that I have from a great aunt. I think that you did a fabulous job - would love to see more of your work!

I just joined the chains of hearts group on yahoo. I can't believe I swapped the first two but someone liked them. I am going to take the ones I get in return and make an appliqued quilt from them..a friendship quilt.  Smiley
