Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: YES
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES! Bobolink is Co-Organizer!
Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month: YES
- Has posted at least 15 times: YES
- Has completed one swap successfully before signing up for multiple swaps at a time: YES
- Is not currently signed up for more than five swaps: YES
- Does not have any negative feedback: YESDetails of swap: Each person will be responsible for sending out ONE standard size (2.5"x3.5") ATC card to another member of the swap.
This will be for ONE ATC only! Whether you are a veteran ATC Swapper, or are just beginning to make them, this swap is for YOU!
All you have to do is create ONE piece of art,
3.5" by 2.5", and wait to recieve your partner to send it!
Size is very important! Hint: this is the exact size of a standard US sized playing card (NOT a bridge card).
--Put your name on the back, title of card, and Craftster username!
EVERYONE will create a Crafting/Craftster/Craft addiction themed card (since we all do love our crafting!). It can be about one craft (ie: knitting) or a bunch of crafts! Use your imaginations! TO SIGN UP:Post these 2 things in the thread below:---"I am signing up and I am in ________________" (insert your country there). If you WANT to swap with someone outside your country, indicate that as well---but you have to pinky swear to ship early so this swap doesn't drag on forever!
--Then, I will add you to the list and update your swap feedback to 'in progress'.
Feel free to post any other random comments as well, cause we all love random chatter!
When your partner is assigned, you will PM them to request their address.
YOU WILL EXCHANGE YOUR ADDRESS WITH YOUR PARTNER, THE ORGANIZER WILL NOT SEND THAT INFORMATION TO YOU.
-Also remember to read the Swap Info Guide to find out how to ship your item and other details about participating in a swap.
-No DC# is required for this, since it is a small item; you can mail it in a regular envelope.
-If your ATC has not been received 2 weeks after the shipping deadline, you will be required to re-send.
-In order to attempt to make these quick to ship, most of you will be assigned partners in your own country (for the 4 biggies, anyway) unless you
request an International partner.
-You dont have to tell me when you send, but you MUST let me know when you receive so i can keep on top of everything!
