My boys are mad on Star Wars, and when I asked my 6 year-old what he wanted me to make him, he said an Ewok (Wicket to be precise). So here's my attempt:

I'm happy with the body (he's 5 inches tall), especially the fingers and toes. The features were quite difficult, especially as Wicket has grey fur on his face, and I couldn't think of an easy way to do it. I ended up just embroidering it on.

I love it!  Did you follow a pattern or did you do it on your own?

Thank you! I made it up as I went along, I wote it down though, as I have to make a black one for my 4 year-old! I was worried the face looked odd, but Ewoks look a bit odd, don't they? I love them though - not a very fashionable opinion among hard-core Star Wars fans!

That is so great! My brothers, dad, and I are all huge star wars fans so I'll have to show it to them.

The resembling is amazing! Great work! As for the face, I hope I can give some suggestions. Maybe you could embroider some thread over the eyes to give eyelids, and the mouth could be little more narrow and the lips thicker (as I compared to the pictures I found from the internet). I don't know if that would look any better since your Ewok is already so good Smiley

*squeals with delight*

I love it.  Smiley
Of course when I was 7 I wanted to marry Wicket.
Yes. I was hooked and watched Star Wars all the time to see him.
I even tried to convince my mom we could adopt him.  Grin

I must get my hands on one of these.
