Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: YES
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES

Details of swap: (just like Round 1 + 2 )
Everyone will embellish a hoodie and everyone will recieve an embellished hoodie in return. 
The hoodie can be embroidered, stencilled, revamped, reconned...etc. You can choose to send your partner a hoodie to embellish for you OR trust your partner to buy you a hoodie...if you choose to send your partner a hoodie to embellish for you, you MUST send it by the date stated above and provide a DC number if you are sending it within your own country.

Also---once you have received your amazing hoodie you MUST send the organizer a note that you received, a THANK YOU to your partner, and publically let everyone know that you received in the gallery.

Thanks for letting me know about round 4.
I'll have a look at it and decide if this swap will still go ahead.
I've just re-read the rules for swapping, and nowhere does it say that there can't be two identical swaps going at the same time.
so other than a potential lack of participants, there shouldn't be any issues with having this swap

woo hoo yay.  i always need more warm outerwear.  i find myself wearing the same hoodie multiple times a week, and i call myself a craftser...anyways i'm really excited to see what comes out of this swap!  i plan on sewing one from scratch---this is going to be exciting.  thanks jane doe for pm-ing and telling me about this!

I'm thinking I'll probably sign up for this one.  I wanted to sign up for round 4 but somehow got distracted.  I really like decorating hoodies and I made a short sleeve dino hoodie as part of my halloween costume.  OK, I've convinced myself.  I'll start filling out the questionnaire.
