I'm posting a pic of the Empress I sent Vampirategurrl08.

My idea is to illustrate one idea/word/theme of each card and who better than the "queen" of the good thing to embody abundance!

EvilSarah your Empress is gorgeeous!  I am loving this gallery and can't wait to see everyone else's!

Oh my god, alteredmommy, your Empress card is genius! I love it.

In other news, I received my Magician card yesterday from Kaos. I really like how she included the meaning of the card into the card's design. Very cool. The little thing in her hands is an actual sequin/shiny thing - the camera didn't capture its true brillance!

Thanks Kaos! I look forward to having you as a partner in one of the next rounds!

Wow, these all look so good! I'm such a fan of collage, and its great to see so many takes on each card. EvilSarah's Empress card is especially lovely.

Sorry - Kaos - I meant to mention the card holder (and did in one of the posts I tried to post last night but didn't succeed 'cause I kept getting an error message!) but I didn't take a pic of it!

I liked the burnt edges effect a lot though!

ps. I added you on myspace!

Martha Stewart as the Empress is awesome!
Here is the Empress card I sent IMIS.

I had her symbolize Venus, with an abstract waterfall and corn field and throne of clouds. Her traditional crown of 12 stars is shown as 12 orbs. I think this one was my favorite of the three Smiley

Aw, man, I'm having some serious anxiety now. All these cards are gorgeous. You ladies have amazing vision to come up with these tiny little masterpieces.

Love love love the cards we've seen so far!

I'm anxious for mine to be received (none of them involve people - I went for abstract concept type stuff).
