If anyone has any ideas concerning what I could make out of the following things I have lying around right now, I would be pleased to hear them!:

1. Old Calendars....
2. Those small round metal cases tealight candles come in

the metal cases might be good for storing things like beads if you do beading. or buttons!

you could make a bracelet out of the coil....cut it to the right size, maybe thread some cool looking ribbon through it and join the two ends.  I'm not sure what the best way to join the ends would be, though.

with the metal tealight cases... if i am thinking of the right thing... make your own tealights. just boil or microwave the wax and pour it in and you have more candles. instead of going out and buying more....

For the tealight cases, it might look fun if you poke holes in them and stick mini lights through them. I think all white lights would look nice. you could then use it as border around a window or bulletin board etc.

1. I save and sometimes even buy calendars to use for decoupage. Especially good for covering papier mache boxes, since the pictures are usually larger. I like the origami box idea too.

2. I always burn my tealights in those, so I have no idea!

i have little heart shaped tea lights and i sometimes mold soap in them.

for the calender, i used my 2003 marilyn monroe one and took the pictures and some clear tape and put them on the front of my drawers on my dresser.  i think its kinda cute lol.

For the calender, my friend saves all of the pictures from it and posts them all over her walls so she has something to remind her of that year
