Here's my inspiration:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/jesshutch/40621459/in/set-492439/ and since Jess Hutch no longer sells her pattern booklet,

I may dress him up a bit, he/she is plain right now. Comments!

Hey, I'm glad you like him! Jess Hutch knitted her little guys, but since I'm really scared of dpns, guess what I made him of? He's made of the finger of a glove! It was super-duper easier quicker than knitting. It took like 5 min.

Very cute, and a clever way to get the desired result (using the glove finger).

Sorry for ignoring your posts for suuuuch a long time! Please forgive. As for a tutorial, can I give directions instead?
1. Find a glove that's smoothly and tightly knit.
2. Cut off a finger straight across.
3. Fill it up with fiberfill. PACK it in tightly! Or else it won't hold shape.
4. Now, thread a needle along the open edge, pull tight, tie a knot and hide ends inside.
5. Embrodier face.
6. Finish!!
My apologies.  Smiley
