Cheesy  Wanted to pass on info on felt squares for those who buy them and the prices are excellent.  Of course, I live in Hawaii and things are just naturally expensive for me.  I've purchased from this company, excellent-fast service.  They have some prints I haven't seen in felt squares.  Check it out!!   Grin

When looking for item, type in the word "felt".  They have printed, tie dyed, polka dots, glitter, etc.   Roll Eyes

I looked at the the link and realized that it is the online catalog for a retail store here in the Midwest.  The store is called Hobby Lobby.  It is a crafting mega-store.  Everything from decorative items, fabric, furniture, picture framing, to model kits (airplanes, trains,etc.).  If you visit their website www.hobbylobby.com there is a large projects idea area as well as a link to the Crafts Etc. online catalog.

Here is an interesting tidbit about the store.  They are closed on Sundays so that their employees can worship/practice their individual religions on that day.  It is nice to see a company that respects their employees in that way!

OMG  Cheesy  I had to chuckle at the response.  I had no clue it was a Hobby Lobby store.  Tongue  But then again, we don't have one of them in Hawaii either.  We're so limited as far as craft and sewing stores.  Bummer!!

I love Hobby Lobby ... but I'm no longer in the states, and I haven't seen one here in Canada yet, at least in the Calgary area.  We do have a Michael's here, which is pretty much the same thing I guess.  What's funny is back in Indiana we had a Michael's and a Hobby Lobby literally next door in the same strip mall.  I thought the fact that Hobby Lobby was closed on Sunday for their employees to spend time worshipping and being with their families was very cool, but felt bad for them, too, because with Michael's next door, it seemed like they'd lose even more business on the weekends when a lot of people have time to craft and an equivalent alternative store right there.  I never understood them being next door.  As in, you'd walk out the door of Hobby Lobby, walk 10 feet, and walk in the door of Michael's, lol.

Eek ya, 30 mins for supplies is a bit of a drive... and then if it were me, I'd be nearly home and remember that I had forgotten to pick up x item when I was there :x  lol Smiley
