So I thought that it would be a good idea to learn how to do stained glass. And while it was a blast, it almost killed me.

Yeah, the background glass is this weird iridescent business (I call it "oil spill glass")

I was making it for my stepmom, and when she saw the glass I picked out, she was less than pleased about the background, but thankfully, she just took my word for it, and I think it turned out quite nicely.

From an outsider's perspective it seems like the battered fingers were worth it, it turned out beautifully! I really like the way the lines flow and the colors are beautiful. Do you know where you're going to put it/what you're going to do with it?
