Helpful tutorial! I could have used it a couple of years ago when I started turning my pants into cigarette pants. Boy, did a ruin a few pairs!

Thanks everyone for all of your support! I am really glad they are working.
Oh yes, and another tip is that when you are pinning them, make sure that you can always see at least one of the seams, because usually one side of the fabric is larger than the other. It may look almost like it is raised off of the leg and curving around the seams. If you cut there, then they will probably give you the twisty seam that someone was mentioning here.

Ooh!  I've been looking for some jeans that I can tuck into my favorite boots (why buy them if your pants cover them all the time?), but now I can just make some!

That's an amazing tute, which has been mentioned A LOT, but we just all have to say it. Looks sooo easy to do, which is right up my alley o.O

I just have one question, do skinny jeans even work for shorter people with a tummy? I was told that they'd make me look even shorter and fatter, so I steered clean of them in stores all together Sad They're so awesome though!
