Lady Eleanor Round 2?

I noticed there was a knitalong for this started in July (http://www.craftster.org/forum/index.php?topic=106126.0), but seeing as it's getting to be that freezing time of year again, I thought I'd see if there was any interest to start up a second round of Lady Eleanor!

I finally ordered the yarn for it tonight so I hope to be casting on soon! I know a lot of folks have enjoyed using Noro Silk Garden (the yarn in book is outlandishly expensive), but I'm going to give it a whirl using Rowan's Tapestry. Hope some others wanna cast on with me!

this (and clapotis) have been on my list for SO long. i am going to start looking for a yarn substitute, or a noro colorway i just can't live without...then maybe i'll join you!!

I definitely want to make one of those.  I think I may even have the yarn for it at home.  Hmmmm....need to go on a yarn hunt.

i was just thinking about this! 

i'm making one for my boyfriend's mom for christmas.
i may use noro silk garden, but i was also contemplating a cheaper version with paton's soy wool stripes.  not sure yet.  but i love silk garden so much that i just might go ahead and do it.  i hope she appreciates the effort.

i just ordered scarf style, so once i get my yarn, i'm in!

oh..I'm in ..I miss the last round. I have started it last month and it been temporary frozen in time for awhile.. now I can get back into it , I 'm on my fourth balls. I 'm using Noro Kureyon # 52.. here are the earlier progress of the shawl, because of the differences on the dyelot, I have to cut off the all the yellow in the yarns, I don't want a sudden change of different tone.

Nymeria, I had seen this pattern around as well, and knew the minute I saw it that Tapestry would be perfect for it (other than being smaller than the recommended yarn). I don't have the time or the money to knit this myself right now, but I will be following your progress with interest (you know, just in case you're interested in taking notes for the rest of us).

I'm in!  I'm working on it for my mom for Christmas in Silk Garden #243.  It's kind of slow going since I'm also working on several other things, but I've got about a ball and a half knit.
