- it cant require heavy face makeup
- this will be worn to a 3-4 year olds party, but its at my highschool, and i WILL have to be seen by pretty much all my classmates!(13-18 year olds) i cant be anything that is dirty/not sutibale for 3-4 year olds though Wink

Get a lei and a grass skirt and go as a hula girl.  That is what I am doing.  I am wearing the skirt over capris and just a tank top.  I am wearing it to a birthday/halloween party for a 2 year old.  Sorry, it is all I have.

I'm going as a cat. Black shirt, black skirt, black tights, making a tail and ears and I found a cool tut online for realistic makeup (sort of like from the musical CATS) and my bf is going as a mouse!

You could be a Geisha, a kimono might be pretty easy  to make. You could go as Sally from NbXmas, all you would need to make is a patchwork dress and then face paint and stiches all over you body,oh that has bodypaint, but you could just draw eyeliner stitches all over yourself. If you dodn't mind being a nerd you could go as Luna Lovegood (i saw your hp avartar). You would just need a whitebutton down shirt and a gray/blue tie and a pleated skirt and socks. You could make radish earings to be cool.
I don't know what else.  Huh What stuff do you like?

i like alot of things, but would be wayyyy to embarassed to wear them in public. last year i was a goth, and like every other year i was a witch....

i JUST found my witch costume from 1st grade.and it still fits perfectly! but the hat is long gone, and for some reason teh costume has a hood. so essentually im working with a dres, with 3/4 sleves that are rippy at the ends, that had a HUGE hood.
