Yet another pirate costume  Wink. I know there's a million of them out there, but what can I say? I'm a pirate at heart.

Now a major disclaimer:
I had full intentions to make this completely by myself with just a little help with resizing from my mother. But, I came home form school one day and suddenly I had pantaloons! I went to work and when I came back I magically had a pirate vest! Thanks Mom!

(notice the blow up Pirates of the Caribbean dagger)

(I did make the hat)

Thanks for looking, Happy Halloween!

Wooooo!

It looks great, and the fact that there aren't any tacky "pirate" features like stripes and fishnets makes it even better!

How did you make the hat? It looks awesome!

I've been wanting to make myself a pirate hat.

I used this tute.
http://dunbarnebraska.blogspot.com/2006/10/aaaaaargh-how-to-make-3-point-pirate.html

It was pretty good, the only issue I had was how big to make the atual circle part of the hat so I had to just keep trimming it down and trimming it down.
And thanks.

Awwww. You're so beautiful and I miss you so  much.
The costume is wonderful.  I especially like the bloomers, but the hat looks great. Wish I was there to be a pirate with you girls.
