^ i was getting confused at why you were saying it was already discussed before in the thread that we're discussing it.  i guess 3 hours of sleep doesn't do much with my comprehension.  Tongue

i would like it, i think it'd be great to get to know people better around here.  i come here to get away from some other boards i'm on and it feels like theres too much drama.  it'd be nice just to be able to shoot the breeze about nothing.  you know, talk about how crappy the weather is outside, or the funny thing your dog did the other night. etc.

Do you think perhaps that the other boards have too much drama because there is off-topic chat, though?

hmmm...i dunno...i mean the boards i'm on basicly have all off-topic chats.  they're a teen board, and i'm a little bit past my teens, which makes a little bit of a difference as well.  i've been surrounded by a lot of drama recently though, so that could squash my perspective on things a bit as well.

I believe this is the case, because we get some major drama here too that the moderators are nice enough to tidy up before I get a chance to see it, and then I go around wondering "What did they say, what did they say?!" Wink
And I'm happy this forum is moderated enough not to resort to that - we all get to see drama everywhere else Grin Even the simplest forums end up in petty arguments from time to time.

Actually I like that Craftster does not have the general chat forums. That means I can come here and see, discuss and share the topic of the boards, and not see every thread go off topic or dissolve into some squabble.

The straight forwardness of Craftster makes it stand out in a sea of crafting sites. Leah and the mods have created a serene crafting spot on the net, just for me. Tongue And of course the rest of the members. Grin
