I'm actually trying to think of a place for knitting gettogether that's under-21 friendly- I'd expand it for all crafty-type people too.

Or if anyone can think a of a place that fits the criterea of a) letting underage people sit around b) still has beers for the (chronological, anyway) adults, and c) is pretty public, in Bucks County... I'd love to hear it.

edit: I did find a cool place, and though it doesn't have beers, it does have ice cream, which makes up for the lack-
It's the Zebra-Striped Whale in Newtown, at 10 Stste street. Huge back room, well-lit during the day, and delicious coffee. I'm going over there now, I can get the number and post it.

this is an awesome idea. i'm only 16 but i would love to do this! i have never knitted before but i just picked up a little booklet the other day ( i'm a sewer ) so this would be really cool! i think many of us are close enough to do something like this!

hdoglovesyou -

Thursday the 10th we're going to get together in Newtown at the new ice cream shop- it's called the Zebra Striped Whale, around 7pm til whenever...

I think our youngest right now is 18, but some folks bring younger siblings.

Hello my Chester Springs and Lionville neighbors!
I'm in Downingtown, and I totally would be up for a crafting group.
