Hi! I made Tulips from the Fall Knitscene in Elann Sonata Coffee Bean.  Sorry about how yucky the pictures turned out- it must have been the lighting.

It's very comfy.  At first I wasn't sure about the shortness but I kinda like how it looks now.  It was very easy.  I'm not sure I recommend cotton for it though- it feels a bit bulky in some places because of it.  However, over all, I'm happy with it.  Yay!

I'm so glad you posted those pics. It looks great! I wanted to make that one and Molly Ringwald (Tulips sounds easier) from the same magazine.

Going yarn shopping now. How many skeins did you use? When I get around to it, I'll probably make both the sleeves and the bottom longer.

You know, this pattern really didn't stand out to me when I flipped through the magazine... but I LOVE yours! The fit, the colour, it's awesome! I think I need to go give it another look, I could use a piece like this in my wardrobe!  Grin

I believe I used 12 skeins of the Sonata.  I had actually bought the yarn for something else but couldn't get gauge so I tried it with Tulips and it worked great... I'm not positive about how much I used though since I can't remember how many I had to begin with.  Heh, sorry.

Thanks for the comments everyone, I'm glad you all liked it!
