Hey everyone....did you see that Eunny Jang was named the new editor of Interweave Knits magazine?!!  Check out her blog.  How awesome!  I'm sure we'll see tons of great patterns from her in the future!   Smiley

Yes, I couldn't be more thrilled--paraphrasing Cara at januaryone, she respects our grandmothers' knitting and yet makes things with a modern sensibility.
Love it!

MissLulu, I think you might just have singlehandedly convinced me that I *must* knit this sweater! Amazing job! Shocked

oh no!! that two color one looks so nice I just HAVE to make this sweater... even though I am just about to cast on for a fair isle sweater, a different one. what to do, what to do?

of course, then I would have to decide if I should do the two color (which looks spectacular, btw, never woulda thought of that.) or tons of colors like the pattern... oh the knitterly agony! so many choices, so little time! Tongue

Holy moo!  I love that sweater so much, MissLulu!  I thought I'd want to to do it in many colors, but I'm actually reconsidering when I look at yours.  There's a simplicity to it that highlights the complexity of the brocade.  Great work!

misslulu - i love your sweater!  the brocade looks alot more defined in just two colors.  I didn't want to knit this because of all the colors involved but yours has changed my mind.  what colors and yarn did you use?
