I might have confused you earlier. What I meant was that the stuffie has to have a personality. You should send a bio with it (will post suggestion later) with likes and dislikes et.c. But it sure doesn't have to be a person in that sense. Animals or aliens or other creatures are just as fine.

Another thing, I will be needing a co-organizer, since there will be more than 25 swappers in this swap. Does anyone want to volunteer? For me it would be good if we could divide the responsibility like this:
I sign everyone up (almost done already) and pair them up.
I keep track of everyone sending their stuffie and sending the contract back.
The co-organizer keeps track of the swappers info that I send her/him (just keep it in a word-document in case my computer should crash or something.)
The co-organizer keeps track of people sending the stuffie back in January and gives feedback (since I will be more busy in January than I am now).

If noone has the time, that's fine, but if anyone does that would be great! Since it's going to be a big swap, it's always good to have two people watching the development in this thread and the gallery thread as well.

I'm beyond late with this - are you still accepting sign-ups or will you be waiting for a co-mod before you take on any more?

Are there requirements to help organize? I've only done one swap, but should be able to help keep track of sent stuffies in January (and keep a spare copy of the information).

I still accept signups, but won't sign you up until tomorrow, so I will answer everyone then. Have to go to bed now. It's midnight. I'm getting back to you all as soon as I can.
