I love it!  The baby looks so cute snuggled down in there!  Did you follow a pattern or wing it?  I've seen a few tutes on the web for mai-tais but never got around to making one & now my babies are too big.

Haha, it looks a bit funny from behind. A big but with a tiny head.
But's it's cute and practical. Great job!

That is awesome!  Did you use a paticular pattern or just wing it? I've never owned a Mei Tei (I couldn't justify buying one when I own a million other carriers) but maybe I'll make one for the next baby (maaaybe the next one won't be mega monster pudge baby, maybe)

Super cool!

Absolutely adorable! I bet it's really comfortable for both you and the baby as well. What a great way to recycle your favorite pair of jeans! (I can't help but wonder, though...is the baby thinking, 'does these jeans make my diaper look big?') :-D

ok so here's why I totally love this

1-You recycled .   Yippee ( I thought to myself what a fantastic idea once I don't need a much worn maternity jean)
2-Are those pockets for your keys and other things?Huh
3-I love the cruved head supports. The few I have don't have that but I think it's a good idea for a small babe.
4- You have a cute baby Grin

Great idea , thanks for sharing .
