I made this scarf for a little girl, not quite 2 yet.  She likes 'lellow'.  It reminded me of corn on the cob as I was knitting it.  I think the st. I used is probably called popcorn st. or something similar.

your popcorn stitches look so neat! hehe..i tried something similar but crochetted and it didnt turn out so well...this looks really soft and warm!

Reminds me of sweet two year-old days: jumping on packing peanuts and bubbles, eating buttery popcorn and corn on the cob. You did a great job!
