Hey all, I'd like to make a Ribby Cardi out of a cotton or cotton-blend yarn, but can't find one with both a fiber content and a color selection I like. I've looked in all my usual places (KnitPicks, Elann, even Yarndex wasn't too helpful) but to no avail--either the fiber looks likely to pill or the colors available aren't quite right.

Obviously it's time to expand my search, but I'm not familiar with most other brands and their selections. So what are your personal favorites? Thanks in advance for your suggestions!

I just bought a nice cotton/wool blend (50/50? something like that) called Bomull for a baby sweater.  It's washable and not too expensive ($5/ball from patternworks), and it feels nice enough--though I havent' started knitting with it yet.  It's chained instead of plied, so I think it will hold up to wear and tear pretty well.

if you're willing to wait for a couple of months, Lion Brand will be reintroducing Cotton Ease.  There's a thread on it here with tons of replies, I'm sure if you search for cotton ease it'll come right up.
