Yep, that is the one I was thinking of too! Ah and it answers my handle question. Not to mention reminds me how sad I was that DH didn't bring me back any cute craft book when he went to LA.  Sad

I'm glad you posted it, I think it was bookmarked on my mac, which sadly was using my living room tv as its monitor...the tv that is now out of order until the lamp/bulb for it is replaced.  Tongue

That is such a cute bag.  I've just gotta learn how to do zippers so I can make stuff like this.

I'm interested in personal swaps -- I love bracelets & necklaces and I don't know how to make them.

Thanks for all the compliments guys!
Wow, that tute would have made it alot easier for me!  Roll Eyes

One tip though, when you are adjusting the lining to sew into the bag, make sure it's REALLY snug, mine wasn't all that tight and now the lining doesn't lay right in the bag.

My pencil case is just like this, but I didn't make it so it's not as good.

This is lovely. I might try and make one...hmm.

Thanks for posting your fantastic bag!!  I bought a UCHI pouch just like that but in the shape of a cube so that I could work out how it was made - thankfully you saved me the trouble - THANKS  Wink  It's such a great design.

Here's one I made today.  I added a tab at one end and a handle on the other.  It will come in very handy for a small toiletries bag:

Wow.  queenofdiy, your boxy cosmetic bag looks terrific too!  Nice choice of fabrics - they really go well together!
