Well, here's the lowdown. My boyfriend and I bought a fancy bed with a fancy wood frame, thinking it was all groovy, we'd have it the rest of our lives. Ha! Don't ever spend tons of money on particleboard! (I'd like to let it be known, while looking in the store, they totally fooled us that it was partical board or MDF, whatever that horrible, flimsy, fake wood is.) Anyways, so theres a great wooden simple frame with the basic headresting part of the headboard done in that crap.
Okay, done with my long rant, now I would like to be able to sit up in bed and read without breaking the headboard (you laugh, but trust me there a few cracks from both of us). And I have seen on all the design shows, them cool people redoing headboard with batting and a uber cool fabric. I want that!
So, I think I have the basic concept down, any suggestions from experiences, anyone may have? It would be much appreciated!

PS I did a search but couldn't find anything, if I missed it, just point me in the direction! Thank you tons!
