With cold weather ahead this happen to be the super warm multi-styles hat. Made in no time at all!

update: Here is the pattern. Enjoy!

Transformer Hat
One size fits most
Materials:
2 skeins of Blue Sky Alpaca Bulky Naturals (color Lynx), 50% wool, 50% alpaca
US 15 and US 17 Addi Turbo Circular needles
If you have those sizes in DPN they would work even better!
Weight: 100 grams
Approx: 45 yards / 41 meters
Gauge: 2 sts per inch

With US 15 needles cast on 48 sts. Join them in a round carefully not to twist and start knitting in:  purl 1, knit 1 ribbing. At the joint place a stitch marker to mark the beginning of each row.  After 1st round is complete switch to the US 17 needles and proceed in the same manner.
When the worked rounds reach 27 (inc. the cast on row), start the decrease row next for the top of the hat.
For Mushroom Effect with bigger curled brims outside I suggest to work the hat 5 rounds more and then start the decrease round.
Decrease round1: *k2tog, p1, k1, p1, k1, p1, k1* repeat ** throughout the row. In the last repeat in this row do not knit the last k1 stitch. It is the part of the next rounds k2tog.
Decrease round 2: *k2tog, p1, k1, p1, k1, p1* throughout the row. In the last repeat in this row do not knit the last p1 stitch. It is the part of the next rounds k2tog
Decrease round 3: *k2tog, p1, k1, p1, k1* throughout the row. In the last repeat in this row do not knit the last k1 stitch. It is the part of the next rounds k2tog
Decrease round4: *k2tog, p1, k1, p1* throughout the row. In the last repeat in this row do not knit the last p1 stitch. It is the part of the next rounds k2tog
Decrease round5: *k2tog, p1, k1* throughout the row. In the last repeat in this row do not knit the last k1 stitch. It is the part of the next rounds k2tog
Decrease round6:*k2tog, p1* throughout the row. In the last repeat in this row do not knit the last p1 stitch. It is the part of the next rounds k2tog
Decrease round7:   *k2tog* all row.
You should have 6 sts left. Pull yarn through them, tie and secure them inside.
Weave in the cast on tail. I suggest to gentle hand wash in warm water and lay flat to dry.
