I got so many package lately!!

I've recieved from amifer last tuesday! a needle roll, sewing organizer and candy! I really love the needle roll, perfect for my needles but also for my crochet hooks and enough space for more needle I will get from tanza in a personal swap! Yeah! and the fabric she used is also amazing, amifer made me a sewing organizer too, but she spilled something on it and wasn't able to send it anymore, I am so sorry for her that she's gone trough so much trouble, still I really love to see what she had in mind to make me. and I love the candy ( my bf too Wink)

than I also received a package from esmeralda! a hat and mittens she claimed me for and as extra she send me loads of sharpies and sparkle mod poge! Thank you so much!!! It getting colder here so I plan to use the hat and mittens any time soon!! Cheesy

Aw man! You can tell I don't knit, can't you? I could have sworn that the needle roll would have been big enough to fit your needles in and have a little fold over top.

*Sigh*

Oh well, at least you like the fabric! It's my favorite in my stash right now.

And as for the original sewing organizer, I'll see if I can get some pictures of it. A friend of mine stole it when I told her that I wouldn't be sending it. Apperantly, she didn't mind the hot chocolate stain left by clumsy ol' me!

I'm glad to know that you (and your boyfriend) liked the candy! They're some of my favourites, especially the Reese's Pieces. Have you had any of them before?

You do have longer needles. The needles you get in the Netherlands are longer on average, than the ones available here in the USA Wink. Pst, la_chrystelle, there used to be a tiny shop in Amsterdam, on the Leidsestraat (right hand side of the road if you're coming from the Kalverstraat) that sells a lot of American foods/candies. Also, the American Bookstore on the Kalverstraat has some candy as well, I believe on the top floor. Wink

Sorry I've been gone so long. Am trying to get back on the boards. Body's thrown me for a few loops these past months and am still learning to adjust. Thanks for your patience.

I'm glad you like the hat & mittens!  I seem to have made the mittens ridiculously large for you - oops!  Again, sorry for the delay, but I'm so happy they got there already.  I am getting more and more impressed with Royal Mail - I send on Friday, so less than a week (although, Holland is not really that far away...!!)

I (actually, my husband) received a wonderful t-shirt from Dragonsmuse today!  I had asked for something M&M related and this is the stencil she made:

It's fantastic!

xladyluckx sent me a beautifully etched bottle with a koi on it, and some gorgeous fabric. I have pictures, but they are on the other computer and I have not been able to get at that computer long enough to upload them to PhotoBucket! This computer is not on speaking terms with my camera...sigh. As soon as the rest of my family is done with the computer (or sometime in the middle of the night), I will get pics up. It is wonderful stuff!! Grin
