I found this dress:

anyone know of any good dress patterns like this?  This is a 1X sized dress, which is what I would need.  Thanks for any help. Smiley

I'm not sure what number size a 1x is but here is a new pattern from Vogue Patterns.  This is almost exact.

I also love wrap dresses.  I bought one that wasn't the right size at a "family discount store's sale rack", cut it up, made a pattern and made myself one that fits like a glove.  I uses a fabric with stretch in it to accomodate for any "miscalculations".  Just an idea.

That's a really cute dress. I think the largest Vogue size would be considered a 1x, and that pattern is dead-on. As for making a 24 (or larger, like I'd need) it would take some alteration that might be tricky. The main issue I'm thinking of is making sure that the front panel still looks right. But I'm a firm believer that ANYTHING can be altered, if you just have enough patience!  Cheesy
