Yee!!  My package is waiting for me right now in my school's mail room!!  Been there since the weekend but they don't allow package pickup on Saturday because no one's staffing the pickup window.  I CAN'T WAIT!!

Buckybaby and I have been in contact, the post office is closed today in Canada because of the holiday on Saturday so we will both be sending out tomorrow (Tuesday).

This may be a stupid question, but when I look at my profile it doesn't say I'm even in a swap. Is this normal?

Mine is doing the same thing--it says that it's positive, but instead of having 3 successfully completed swaps, it still says 2.

Holy cows!!!!!!!!! I received from laurenhunt today and it is BEAUTIFUL!

It's difficult to get action shots of apparel here at work, so I'll just leave you with a detail (although crappy lighting + cameraphone = colors that are not true). It's brown flannelish (? right?) fabric with blue stitching.

Edit:

I sucked it up and managed to get a sort-of action shot. Please excuse the weird face and the cubicle.

AND she did a bit of post-stalking and found that I like weird pictures and so she sent me a bunch. They're fantastic!!

No swap anxiety for you, lauren! Thank you so much!!

Oh and I also must mention the wonderful wrapping paper it came in. Marvelous!

SCARF!  Woo!!!

Action shot: that's my roommate's (Merliquin here on the boards) chair Edward.

Closeup to show stitch.  I've never seen crochet other than single chain stitch or whatever, so I was impressed!

She also sent me a load of my favorite candies!!  *dances*
