I used this same pinwheel pattern in a quilt I made earlier this year and absolutely loved it so when I found that I had collected a rather large amount of pinks, I knew just what to do.  The other color is dark blue with stars on it.

Friends just had a baby girl so it's going to them soon!

I think this turned out great!  I love the dark pink pinwheel in the center.  I like the ruffled edge too.

I had originally made 2 dark pink squares but when I laid the whole thing out I realized it would look funny with 2 and so I decided to just use the one in the center.  And as for the ruffle, I think this is the last time I am going to do that!  Putting the ruffle on and then trying to quilt, left so many puckers that I think I'll stick to regular binding.

Gorgeous! I'm in the middle of a pinwheel quilt and wanted to see some others to keep me motivated to finish, yours is the first that popped up when I searched, and it does the trick!!!

Nice job, the contrast is really great Smiley

I'm interested in personal swaps -- I love bracelets & necklaces and I don't know how to make them.

My friends received this blanket about 4 months ago and absolutely loved it!  Thanks for the compliments.
