I also decided to whip these up in yellow (my fave color).  I used a J hook because it was the biggest I had, and I had to add a couple extra increases to get it to fit my foot.  Other than that, it went pretty fast.  My crochet-fu is weak, so it took me nearly 3 hours to make both of these!  (I had to rip one out like 3 times because I goofed early on)  In any case, they are super comfy and I wore them all day yesterday.  Possible chance of pics later.

I just guestimated on time, it could have been 25-30 minutes. It really didn't long at all. Although now I am tempted to time myself making a pair to get the exact time down.

I am so glad that everyone is enjoying the pattern. I know it is so simple, but they do come out quite cozy. I washed mine last night after having worn them outisde and they clena up great and even got a tiuny bit snug after the wash, which was nice.

I've been working on designing new slipper patterns and have come up with some other great ones.

keep posting pics everyone, I love seeing your creations!

Mine took alot longer to do also, BUT that's because I had to keep ripping the second one out and starting over...don't know what my problem was on that one...but they were still a very quick project.... Grin

Lovely, AmalasSmiley (cool sox too)

Here are mine, from leftovers. (you can't see the heels, thankfully...I ran out of purple so the back side of one is all lavender.  Cheesy Hence why the edging & straps are also lavender. I kinda like it tho.) I used a single strand for the edging, also from necessity, but it worked out fine. LOVE THEM. Thank you Lydia!

I'll bring pix of the ones I made my mom when I get a sec...she didn't want the strap on hers so I made the toe section a little deeper--it comes up higher on the top of her foot & stays on fine.

I have no clue how you made these in 20 minutes... Cheesy Took me like an hour & a half, but they were so worth it! I love em! My mom saw them & wanted a pair before they were even finished!

You are so cute!  Half an hour is only ten minutes longer than 20 mintues!

 Cheesy

LOL! No, I meant an HOUR and a half, like 90 minutes. Which is a good bit longer, but still very quick. Don't think I'm complainin', cuz I'm so not!  Cheesy (mom's without the strap only took an hour)
