hi everyone
well after about three weeks i fanally got to come back to MY house.
i was so excited to start sewing again so i spent most of the day sewing stuff for myself instead of everyone else
i made this jacket out of some vintage fabric that i had and some big buttons that i had as well.
it only took about a couple hours to finish.
i like it alot.
what do you all think?

full jacket:

oh yeah most of the pictures are kinda distorted because i did a lot of cropping to cut out my tired and sleepy face (been under a lot of stress lately)

They say they climb mountains because they are there.  I wonder if it would astound them to know that the very same reason is why the rest of us go around them.

The collar and the large buttons are so vintage!!  Yet the turqoise lining makes it fun and modern--Great job!

What will you wear underneath? I am never sure how to wear the shorter curved jackets ...so cute and flattering!

thanx for the comments
for the people who asked, i didnt use a pattern
i kinda just made it as if i was making a non-fitted tshirt
and i didnt taper the sleeves when i cut them
and ive always had this collar idea in my head but i never had anything to put it on until now.

alwaysinmyroom- i dont really know what i would wear underneath
havent thought about it yet
any ideas??
