the trick is to put them on RIGHT before you head out the door. they will be so excited to be going for a walk that they won't care. at least with lola that is the case. as soon as we get in the house she rips them off. so as soon as we get in, i take them off.

Thanks!
Yes, so far she wears them without a fight. It's like, 111 degrees here so they come in handy!

111, that sounds like here, you MUST live in Arizona Smiley Do you take her to the bark parks here? my dogs love them

YES! I'm in Phoenix! My only salvation is that school is starting for kids, which means Halloween merchandise will be appearing in stores which means COOLER temps are around the corner! Unlike June when the 4th of July stuff hits the shelves. That's depressing, right in the thick of it!

We go to the dog park in Glendale, love it!

Doggie booties.  I love it.  I don't think my dog would wear them--he's got these weird issues with his feet and doesn't like them being touched at all; I feel bad for the groomers who have to trim his nails--but they're really sweet.

Those would be great for using up odd bits of yarn, too . . .

Oh my Chihuahua in Vegas needs these... I must figure out how to make them...

Too bad I only know SC and the only think I have knitted is a Triangle--it was supposed to be a square--that my husband says looks like the beginning of a thong...

But RUFUS MUST HAVE THESE!  They are so cute...
