tinybits: here's how the drawstring part works (or at least how i'm doing it). when you've completed your second row of k2togs, with your 8ish stiches on your right needle, cut the yarn leaving about 6-7 inches, thread the yarn on a yarn needle and loop through the knitting on the needle. you don't bind off, you make a loop.

work on right needle w/ cut tail (6-7 in)

--------------OOOOOOOO-----------------------l
              /                 
              -----------------nnnn

nnnn=yarn needle

go through the stitches with the threaded yarn needle, starting on the left and working your way right.

i hope this makes more sense now, if you need clarification, pm me and i'll take some pics with actual yarn.

Ok i just started on this and this is my first project with a pattern EVER so i'm excited. but what do u do for the tips of your toes? Wouldn't it become pointy when you stitch it together?

i used ladybug buttons for straps.. next time i will keep it shorter now it is a little bit loose. but i love them to death! they are so cute!!!!!!!  Cheesy Grin Wink Kiss
