cuervo on the rocks ... salted rim

Once a month, 6 of us get together for "craft night".  We try something new each time - we have knit, made jam, painted rocks, made picture frames, etc.  Tonight we made jewellery.  It was tons of fun and it's very addictive.  We think we might make jewellery again at next month's get-together.  Here are some of the things we made.  The last photo includes a couple of pieces that were made by a friend of ours who wasn't in attendance this evening.

Craft nights are the best for actually getting me through big chunks of projects.  I don't have much of a group (just me & another friend) but I definitely love them.

You guys make great stuff.
That's such a good idea, but I don't have friends that craft. Sad
Anyways, good job!

Great stuff!

I have a craft night every week or so with my mates, we mainly eat chocolate and blow torch shrinky dinks.

I don't care what the weatherman says it's always a good day for craftin'!

i love the double stranded green necklace
everything looks wonderful!

Have you ever put a brick through a big plate-glass window, Ralph? It makes a wonderful goddamn noise, and the people inside run around like rats in a firestorm. It's fun, Ralph, and a bargain at any price

Thanks for all the nice comments.  Our craft night get-together is really all about the friendship, but every once in a while we all like what we've made.  It's also fun to see how different each person's project turns out because we all have very different tastes.

What a fab idea. I'm going to have to round up some crafty friends and have a craft night soon.

You guys made some really wonderful stuff.
