sweet swap!

My glasses case is coming undone so I could use a new one. Do you know where you can buy plain hard glass cases?

I have several and hate them - do you want one?  Seriously!  Just PM me and I'll send you one.

I'm interested in this swap too if it's after the holidays.

Maybe that could also be part of the swap...if you have a soft and want a hard one, or vice versa! I have several hard cases knocking around that would be perfect for painting  Grin

This is such a cool idea! Glasses and lens cases are so dull...

But I can't help but fear decorated contact lens cases. Having suffered through a major eye injury and a surgery to put my pupil back together (among other things) which nearly lead to the loss of my right eye, I have never been more aware of the dangers of germs or objects which can unintentionaly come in contact with your eyes. Seeing as to put contacts in you have to touch the case, I don't really think it would be a good idea to decorate the actual case for various reasons, most notably the fact that you should change this case frequently because they can become contaminated. Maybe a contact case case is a better idea...
Poo... I don't want to put a damper on things... I'm just paranoid about eye care and safety. I care...   Wink

I think some sort of contact kit case would be cool. Something you can keep all of that junk in (solution, eye drops, replacement lenses, contact lens case, tissue...)

This is a pretty nifty idea, especially as I do change my lens cases regularly too. Plus you could be much more creative with it too Cheesy

Shocked I love the idea.  I have both glasses Cool and contacts Smiley.  I could definately use cute cases for them.  After Christmas would be great.

I'd be in too! I hate the cases I have... so boring.  Is there anyone who wants to be the organizer for this?

Yes, the contact kit box idea sounds good! I was thinking of how rad a bejeweled contact case would look (complete with jeweled L and R), but then thought, hmmm what if the glue somehow got in my eye...ewww.
But a little travel box that houses a contact lens case would be awesome!
