Swap name: Inuyasha Swap
Craftster member who is organizing this swap: fyberduck
Sign-up date range: 10/11/06 - 10/25/06
Date to send item by: 11/30/06

Limited to a certain number of people? (optional): no, but I'll need another organizer if the signups exceed 25 participants

Restricted to people who all live in the same country? NO

All ages allowed? Or 18+?  Under 18 allowed

Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:
- Has fully read the Swap Info Guide: YES
- Has successfully completed two swaps as a participant: YES
- Is not organizing more than three swaps right now: YES
- Will recruit a co-organizer or give all details to a Swap Moderator if this swap has more than 25 participants: YES

Swap Organizer will check each participant to make sure they meet these conditions:
- Has been a member for at least one month: YES
- Has posted at least 15 times: YES
- Has completed one swap successfully before signing up for multiple swaps at a time: YES
- Is not currently signed up for more than five swaps: YES
- Does not have any negative feedback: YES

Details of swap:
  • Osuwari!  It's time to craft for our favourite anime, Inuyasha!  All crafts are welcome, as are all Inuyasha related themes.

Because of the lengthy crafting period, participants are expected to put a decent amount of work into their package.  In an ideal world all participants would make 1 LARGE item (6 - 8+ hours of work) AND 1 medium (4 - 6 hours) OR 2 small items (< 4 hours of work) = equalling a TOTAL of 10+ hours of crafting (one extremely large item - a firerat haori, for example - would be acceptable, too).  Yes, I know my time expectations are not the norm.  This is NOT a limit - feel free to make more, just don't overwhelm your partner!

Partners will be expected to contact one and coordinate with one another throughout the swap in an attempt prevent flaking or disappointment.  Please coordinate on the amount of effort you both want to put in!  The whole point of swapping is to craft totally cool things for someone special and recieve equally cool items in return Grin

Also, if you don't have a wist, I'd advise you to start one and put some of your fav Inuyasha items up on it, for your partner to get some inspiration from!  Bought items are acceptable to include as well, but this is a crafting swap - so, again, please communicate with your partner.

If you want to participate, information to send to organizer:

QUESTIONNAIRE TO ANSWER:
  • Name of swap:
    Craftster username:
    Email address:
    Your real name:
    Mailing address:
Would you be willing to ship to an address outside of the US/ your country?:
Do you have a blog?, if so - URL? (for craft-stalking):
Do you have a wist?  If so, URL?:

    Favourite Inuyasha character?  Why?:
    Anime or manga?:
    Favourite episode?  Or fav chapter?:
    English or Japanese?:
    The movies?:
    Do you cosplay?:
    Attend conferences?:
Items you'd like to receive (please be detailed):
Items you'd like to craft or feel capable of crafting for your partner:
    Crafting skills (knitting, sewing, etc?):

If you have requested clothing (i.e. an Inuyasha hat or a haori), please include your measurements:
    Head circumference:
    Bust:
    Waist:
    Hips:
    Height:
---> if there are other relevant measurements, please include them!

    Any additional comments?

IF YOU WANT TO PARTICIPATE, REMEMBER TO SEND YOUR INFO TO ORGANIZER VIA PRIVATE MESSAGE AND NOT TO REPLY WITH IT HERE.
