I wanted to make a belt no one else would have, yet was simple to make. A ribbon belt with a twist!  Wink I used 2 D-rings, newspaper, and clear packaging tape to create this.

its so fabulous! i love it! i recently made a belt kinda like that, but i used magazine clippings instead. and the buckle was duct tape. hhmm... maybe ill reconsider and change it to d-rings!

where the heck do you get d-rings from?

You can probably find D-rings in most craft stores (such as Joann Fabrics or Michael's). They're also very inexpensive!
