I have the story and how it will look when available for download( later today...me and my computer need a rest.)

I spent about 10 hours total on this...only one step being the use of the knitpro online tool to make the adjustments I needed to put it in grid form.
There was much to do before and after to make it practical to actually knit for someone other than Kaffe Fassett.
I will have a link to where to download it later, as well as recommended yarn and the colors... if you are up to a knitting challenge....well.. it'll be a challenge for me....anyways...go for it.
This could probably be a needlepoint design too.

Wow, that is fantastic!  If colourwork weren't like misery and suffering for me, I would love to knit a bag using the chart.

that is so beautiful! knitting colour work is not my friend yet either! but i would definately consider doing that in needlepoint!  you are too awesome.   it will be worth all that time when it's done i'm sure!  thanks for offering to give it out!!
