once, a very long time ago, i had a wonderful pair of plaid converse, ever since the sad day that my mother decided that there were more holes than shoe left and discarded them, i have longed for another pair of plaid shoes,
here is my latest (and so far most successful) effort

the shoes were 3 dollars, and the part that is now plaid was a funny tan color-

any comments/ ideas are uber welcome

Creative. Reminds me of the movie Grease for some reason although with a twist!

I really like your shoes too.  How did you put the plaid on?  Did you cut fabric to match and glue it on or did you take things apart and sew them back together?  Either way those ar way cool.
