i made this totoro for my roommate and she loves him! i made my own pattern from looking at the dvd cover. everything is made from felt and i hand embroidered the pupils in the eyes, nose and mouth. the craft store nearest me didn't have off-white felt so i dyed a piece of white with tea and that's what the tummy is made of. he can stand on his own because of his little tail in the back. overall he's about 5 inches tall from his feet to his ears.

would you like me to scan the pattern/drawing i used? it's basically half of totoro tho, not a real pattern.
