Swap Organizer himself/herself meets these conditions:

Details of swap: This is the second round of the scarf swap done last year by another craftster member. Basically you will be making a scarf to swap with someone else. You can make/request anything that falls under the scarf category (neck warmers, cowls, wraps, etc) as long as you or your partner is willing to make it. You can PM each other and discuss it. If you would like to include extra items okay it with your partner first so no one feels disappointed.
When you send I will need a DC# or copy of receipt if you send out of your country. And please, keep in contact with your partner and give me an occasional update.
