OMG! I love it! I think it is a great use of fused glass! It would look so nice in a little girl's room.

The piece is assembled and put  in a frame. It is made with paper fabric and beads and then the glass items. The frame is deep it is about 1.75 inches deep so it does appear to look like I set it all in glass. OOo would I love if I could put all of that in a kiln and encase it in glass. I would be in heaven! The possibilities would be endless. Okay I have to get back to reality if it isn't glass or metal the kiln frys it at 1500-1700 degrees.

It is mixed media so I have several steps, the glass heart or houses are just a piece of the mix media, a component I start with and design around.

You guys are so cool to ask. I am not making fun because you would not believe what I have tried to fuse LOL sometimes I get a happy surprise!
